In a pouch or case-like container with at least two container components enclosing the internal space and lockable together by two closure devices and with a carrying device, the container components (2, 3) have side sections (21, 31) which can be brought together and are fitted with mutually engageable gripping components (22, 32) of the closure devices (22, 32, 40) on the facing surfaces. The carrying device may be part of the closure devices and take the form of a strap (40) which extends movably into the side sections (21) of a container component (2) and carries the gripping components (22; 61) allocated to these side sections, or the closure devices may surround slides movable in the side sections of a container component and bearing the relevant gripping components and a carrying handle arranged near the end of these side sections which is connected to the sliders in order to move them between a locked and unlocked position.
