COLORED FINE PARTICLE AND TONER FOR DEVELOPING ELECTROSTATIC CHARGE IMAGE USING THE SAME

PURPOSE:To form bright images by mixing colored spherical fine particles obtd. by suspension polymn. of colored fine particles and org. fine particles, then subjecting the mixture to a heating treatment under specific conditions and disintegrating the mixture. CONSTITUTION:The colored spherical fine particles of 1 to 100mum average particle sizes obtd. by suspension polymn. and the orga. fine particles of the particle sizes smaller than the average particle sizes of these colored spherical fine particles are mixed and thereafter, the mixture is subjected to the heating treatment under conditions of 30 to 200 deg.C to fuse the colored spherical fine particles to each other to form block-like matter. This matter is thereafter disintegrated to obtain the colored fine particles. The particle sizes of the orga. fine particles to be added to the colored spherical fine particles are preferably in a 0.001 to 10mum range. This toner is thus adequately used as the toner for developing electrostatic charge images which can form the bright images and has the excellent flowability, cleanability and offset resistance is obtd. in this way.
