Stocking with separate extension for each toe - allows air circulation to mitigate fungus growth

A stocking has five separate toe extensions and is pulled over the foot like a glove so that contact between the toes is avoided. Pref the instep can remain open and the stocking can consist of the five toes, sole and heel. The construction can also be used for pantihose, sportswear, children's wear and fashion wear with different coloured toes. The garment can be made of any of the fibres conventionally used for stockings and socks or of absorbent paper for disposable use. It can be employed for medical purposes and made of dressing material. USE/ADVANTAGE - The toes are sepd so air can circulate between them and the collection of moisture due to sweat is avoided. The conditions which promote fungus growth (Athlete's Foot) are thereby suppressed and medication can be more effective.
