A pair of elastic rubber cylindrical bodies 7, 9 is provided, arranged in mutual alignment and in axial precompression between a connection flange 6, centrally arranged, and an anchoring flange 5 and a closing flange 10, respectively, mutually interconnected by braces 14. The anchoring flange 5 and the connection flange 6 can engage, respectively, with a first 2 and a second 3 structure of a viaduct, so that the oscillations between the structures themselves are opposed by the elastic reaction of axial compression and/or shearing, presented by the elastic bodies 4, 9. Bands 7, 11 coaxially surround each elastic body 4, 9 to provide a first value of resistance to axial compression. The bands 7, 11 are torn when the axial stress exceeds a predetermined limit value, providing the elastic bodies 4, 9 with a second strength value, lower than the preceding one. <IMAGE> |
