<p>Process for the stabilization and drying of biological products, by mixing with a depressing system based on salt and sugar, characterised in that it consists: - in treating the fresh biological products; - in mixing with these products, of the order of three times the amount of water contained in these products, a depressing system comprising a mixture of dextrose and sodium chloride, in which the proportion by weight of the dextrose to the salt is between and seven and seven and a half (7 and 7.5); - then, in subjecting this mixture, at ambient temperature, to a rapid grinding action so as to obtain moist granules; - and, finally, in drying the product obtained under light ventilation at a temperature of between 25 and 30 DEG C. Application: stabilization and drying of condiment and aromatic plants.</p> |
