PURPOSE:To obtain the excellent anti-scratching property, damping resisting property, and adhesive preventing property by having an F-5 value and a double refractive index in a specifically lateral direction, and permitting the particles added at a specific quantity in one film layer to have a specific particle diameter. CONSTITUTION:The film is formed such that a film layer A of 0.005-3 mum in thickness consisting mainly of thermoplastic resin A and particles is laminated at least on one surface of a film layer B consisting mainly of thermoplastic resin B, and they are biaxially oriented thereafter. At this time, it is required that the average diameter of particles in the thermoplastic resin A is made 0.2-5 times of the thickness of the film layer A, and the content of particles is made 1-20 wt.% with respect to the film A. and, the film needs to be made 16 kg/mm<2> or more in a longitudinally directional F-5 value and 0.03 or more in a double refractive index. |
