<p>PURPOSE:To provide a high reliability, high quality, high performance and miniature converter transformer capable of constructing therein many gaps with ease by assembling a magnetic H-shaped cross section intermediate magnetic core in a magnetic gap part. CONSTITUTION:The part of an intermediate magnetic core 4 is shaped into an H shape, which is combined with a magnetic core 1 to form two or more of magnetic gaps 5. That is since the location of the intermediate magnetic core 4 can be fixed, the magnetic performance accuracy of the magnetic core 1 can be increased. Further, materials of an inner magnetic leg part and an external magnetic leg part are made common to make constant a linear expansion coefficient, reliability can also be improved. Hereby, many gaps can be formed with ease and hence a high reliability, high quality high performance and miniature converter can be yielded.</p> |
