PURPOSE:To recover unburned waste gases with good efficiency by operating the suction rate of a furnace port from the waste gas composition by a waste gas analyzer, the waste gas flow rate by a flowmeter, the furnace port pressure by a pressure detector, and the skirt height by a thickness gage, and controlling a waste gas flow rate control valve by the deviation signal between the operated quantity and a target value. CONSTITUTION:A furnace port pressure is detected continuously with a pressure detector 5, a waste gas flow rate with a flowmeter 13, a waste gas composition with an analyzer 7 and a skirt height with a thickness gage 3, and these detection signals are inputted to an operator 16 which operates and corrects the coefft. of the equation for estimation of the suction rate of the furnace port at every constant time. At the same time, from the detection signals of the furnace port pressure and the skirt height, an operator 17 determines the suction rate of the furnace port by the equation for extimation of the suction rate of the furnace port. The deviation between the suction rate of the furnace port and a target suction rate of the furnace port is determined with an operator 18, and the deviation signal thereof is inputted to an operator 20 which outpus to an electrohydraulic controller 12 via an operator 21. The controller 12 operates a control valve 11, thereby controlling the flow rate of waste gases so as to make the deviation value zero. |
