PURPOSE: To achieve simplification of a structure and improvement of reliability by providing a plurality of support members having extensible members at a distance on the circumference of the periphery of a momentum wheel and connecting the support members to the momentum wheel and a base plate so as to be tilted. CONSTITUTION: A tilting momentum wheel system 10 is provided with a momentum wheel 14 capable of being rotated around a rotational axis 30, and support devices 16 attached on the circumference of the periphery of the wheel 14 at a distance so as to be relatively oscillated by sockets 34 and balls 36. The other end of the support device 16 is oscillatably supported to a substrate 12 by means of a pivot shaft 48. Each support device 16 is constituted of a longitudinal actuator or a motor member 26 to be electrically controlled by a control system 50 so as to be extended, and tilling of the momentum wheel 14 is controlled. By this structure, a structure can be simplified, and reliability can be improved. |
