<p>PURPOSE: To prevent the flow position of an abrasive and the consistency of an orifice from being changed even when a new orifice element is replaced by providing a face coupled with the conical wall of a main body of aligning the passage of a nozzle with the longitudinal axis on a collet device. CONSTITUTION: A screw 82 is loosened, a nozzle 87 is moved downward, and an insert 72 is made removable from a main body 37. A tool such as a punch is inserted into the hole 77 of the main body 37, and the insert 72 is extruded from a cylindrical hole 71. A new insert is thrust into the hole 77 in the cylindrical hole 61. The insert 72 is rotated by a tool cooperating with a groove 76 until the chamber 78 of the insert 72 is aligned with an orifice 64 and the passage 88 of the nozzle 87. The insert 72 is held at the aligned position by the screw 82 inserted into a recess 84. An orifice element 63 and a holder 62 carrying it are removed from the main body 37 as one unit.</p> |
