<p>PURPOSE:To reduce the lowering of efficiency of a heat pump operation in the winter and to enable execution of a high efficiency operation by adopting an outdoor-side three-circuit heat exchanger, by accumulating an atmospheric heat in the ground at the time of stoppage of a cooling-heating operation or by collecting and utilizing the accumulated heat in the ground at that time. CONSTITUTION:In a heating period, a heating operation is conducted under the excellent condition of a temperature in the ground being high, since an atmospheric temperature is accumulated in the ground when an outside air temperature is high. In a cooling period, a cooling operation is conducted under the excellent condition of a heat in the ground being at a low temperature. In the Tohoku and Hokkaido districts, the temperature in the ground lowers sufficiently at a time point when a heating season is ended, and therefore an efficient cooling operation is conducted by making this state continuous through a cooling season. When the heating season comes, however, the temperature in the ground is low, and the heating operation is conducted in a state wherein the quantity of a collected heat is small. A three-circuit heat exchanger 12 is formed of a concentric triple pipe, and a refrigerant of a heat pump circuit flows through an outer pipe, an antifreezing solution sent by a pump 9 flowing through an intermediate terrestrial heat conducting pipe, and an antifreezing solution sent by a pump 14 flowing through an atmospheric heat conducting pipe 13 in the central part.</p> |
