PURPOSE: To form dynamic videos by injecting a radioactive material into the body of a patient and detecting the radiation circulated in the body, and then, generating electronic signals based on the detected radiation and generating and correcting video signals by processing the electronic signals. CONSTITUTION: A patient 12 takes exercise on a belt runner so as to give a stress to his heart while a second point source 20 of isotope<24> Am is attached to the body of the patient 12. When the stress reaches a prescribed level, a radioactive liquid is injected into the patient 12 and, when the liquid passes through the cardiac system of the patient 12, radiation 22 is radiated from the body of the patient 12 and detected by means of a camera 14. At the same time, a camera 24 detects the radiation 23 radiated from the point source 20 and converts the radiation 23 into electric signals 16. The signals 16 are stored in an electrical memory in a frame processing CPU 28, such as the random access memory, etc. Simultaneously, the radiation 23 radiated from the point source 20 is detected by means of the camera 24 and converted into a reference signal which can be stored in the electrical memory in the CPU 28. A computer system 34 eliminates the influence of the movement of the patient 12 by making correction for external noise, etc.
