PURPOSE:To eliminate the need for the installation of sector number of radio base station controllers and control channels and to reduce the installation cost by adopting nondirectivity for control channels and arranging a sector to each of talking channels and implementing sector identification by means of control loop check. CONSTITUTION:A zone RZ1 of a control channel of each radio base station in a mobile communication system comprising one radio line control station and plural radio base stations is formed to be a nondirectional zone. Then the nondirective zone is split into plural sectors RZ1-1, RZ1-3 having directivity and taking channels are subject to split control for the sectors RZ1-1, RZ1-3 and the sectors RZ1-1, RZ1-3 resident in a mobile equipment to be connected by the radio loop check are decided in the process of making outgoing or incoming connection through the radio loop check. Thus, it is not required to provide a radio base station installation for each sector and the installation cost is reduced.
