PURPOSE:To facilitate voltage regulation by inserting an alternator stator into a positioning L-section of a TG base for securing an alternator stator and then tightening a screw, provided with a spring, in order to move the alternator stator with respect to the TG base. CONSTITUTION:An alternator rotor 7 is inserted onto the rotary shaft 8 of a motor 1 until it abuts on a bearing 9, and then it is secured in place. A TG base 3 is then secured through a screw 2 to the motor 1 so that the L-section 11 of the TG base 3 will be coaxial with the rotary shaft 8. Besides, an alternator stator 6 is inserted into the L-section 11 of the TG base 3 and then the TG base 3 and the alternator stator 6 are tightened at the tightening sections through a screw 5 provided with a spring 4. Output voltage is then regulated by rotating the screw 5, while rotating the alternator rotor 7 through the rotary shaft 8, thereby moving the alternator stator 6 axially. Upon completion of adjustment, the screw 5 is bonded with adhesive. |
