PURPOSE:To allow the free change of the rotational speed of the axial lead parts to be transported by providing a transporting means with a pair of parallel traveling moving members and traveling means which move while maintaining contact with a part of the axial lead parts in at least the position of a detecting means and can be varied in speed. CONSTITUTION:The traveling means (moving belts) 60 are brought into contact with a part (lead wires) 42 of the transported axial lead parts 40. These axial lead parts 40 are rotated around the lead wires 42 at the speed meeting the relative speed of the moving speed of the moving members 30 and the traveling means 60. The rotational speed of the axial lead parts 40 can, therefore, be freely changed by changing the moving speed of the traveling means 60. Namely, the rotating speed of the axial lead parts 40 are regulatable freely according to the detecting capacity of the detecting means regardless of the transporting speed of the moving members 30. |
