PURPOSE:To prevent abnormal vibration, damage of a switching element group by coupling a rotation detector to a magnet rotor, regarding as being a stepout if the rotation is decelerated from a set speed, and performing a restarting motion. CONSTITUTION:A rotation detector 7 sends speed data of D1 to a microcomputer 6 at the time of normal, and if a stepout occurs at time T1 and a speed is decelerated, it is altered to speed data to become D2 at time T2. Since a set speed DS having relationship of D1>DS>D2 is stored in the microcomputer 6, if the data D2 is input, an operation signal is interrupted, and the operation signal, a restart signal are issued to a position detecting rotation controller 5, after a magnet rotor 4 is stopped or after a predetermined time. Accordingly, even if the stepout occurs, the restart control is applied immediately to restart its operation. |
