PURPOSE:To facilitate the lead-out of an electrode by leading out a signal electrode and an earth electrode on the side of the second conductive adhesive layer. CONSTITUTION:A surface electrode 8 is formed so that connection parts 8a, 8a bisected so as to correspond to the piezoelectric vibrator groups 6a, 6a... formed on a baking material are respectively formed on opposite sides. The greater part of a surface electrode 9 is formed on the side of the second conductive adhesive layer 7 and lead-out parts 9a, 9a bisected so as to correspond to the piezoelectric vibrator groups 6b, 6b... formed on the side of the second conductive adhesive layer 7 are respectively formed on opposite sides and, so as to extend the lead-out parts 9a, 9a, connection parts 9b, 9b are formed to the side surface of piezoelectric ceramic 6 and connection parts 9c, 9c are formed on the side of a backing material 2. By this constitution, even when ultrasonic frequency is set high, the lead-out of an electrode can be easily performed without exerting effect on an acoustic matching layer. |
