PURPOSE:To prevent overdemand and to suppress occurrence of alarm output by providing an alarm output judging means for comparing a correction alarm level and an alarm lock time of an alarm level operating means with an estimated demand, upon occurrence of overdemand, and producing alarms in two stages when the comparison results are within an alarm level and when they exceed the alarm level. CONSTITUTION:An overdemand judging section 66 compares current use of electric energy, estimated power demand and a guide line electric energy with a contract electric energy thus judging whether the contract demand is exceeded or not. In case of overdemand, an alarm output judging section 68 compares the correction alarm level and alarm lock time at an alarm level operating section 67 with an estimated demand. Alarms are provided to on overdemand alarm section 9 in two stages according to whether the overdemand is within the alarm level or not and a load relieve request is provided to a load relief output section 10. By such arrangement, overdemand is prevented and occurrence of alarm output is suppressed. |
