PURPOSE:To prevent heat generation and deterioration of a coil and to improve the life of a magnetizing yoke coil by composing the yoke coil itself of a heat pipe. CONSTITUTION:A heat pipe is wound on a protrusion 2 of a magnetizing yoke as a magnetizing yoke coil 1, a current flows thereto to obtain a magnetic field, and a permanent magnet material 3 is magnetized. Copper is advantageous as the heat pipe to become a coil. A part A is heated by a magnetizing work, working liquid absorbs heat to be evaporated, moves to a vapor condenser B to radiate its heat, to be liquefied and condensed, and the liquid is circulated to the part A in a wick of a metal felt. A large quantity of heat is escaped to prevent deterioration of insulation and disconnection of the coil and to improve its life and long term reliability. When a heat radiation fin is provided partly at the heat pipe to be forcibly cooled by a blower, heat generation control effect is remarkably increased. |
