<p>PURPOSE:To increase an idle capacity for the path for a succeeding order more than that for a preceding path, to decrease a block rate and to improve the throughput of a communication network by implementing the retrieval of a link being a path through which a call is transferred in a predetermined order. CONSTITUTION:In the case of setting a call, when unit switches 10-11-10-33 are selected, its output terminal is selected in a prescribed order and when an idle capacity to transfer a call to the selected output terminal exists, the output terminal is set as a transfer path. Thus, the transfer path with least idle capacity is selected among transfer paths through which a call is transferred. Thus, the production rate of blocks in the packet transfer is minimized.</p> |
