PURPOSE:To accurately manufacture an antenna pattern by forming spiral slits in a bag-shaped hard mask which can cover the outer peripheral surface of a multi-stage cylindrical base part in contact. CONSTITUTION:The spiral antenna pattern is formed in the outer peripheral surface of the multi-stage column body 1 by using the mask 5. The mask 5 consists of a bag body 6 in an internal surface shape which matches the outer peripheral surface of the multi-stage column body 1 by adhesion and the bag body 6 consists of, for example, a thin hard metallic sheet, hard resin-made sheet, etc. Plural slits 7 in a shape matching the antenna pattern to be formed on the outer peripheral surface of the multi-stage column body 1 are formed spirally in the peripheral surface of the mask 5 and the upper and lower end parts 7a and 7b of each slit 7 are terminated right before reaching the upper and lower edges of the bag body 6 to improve the shape maintaining performance of the bag 6. Consequently, the antenna pattern can accurately and easily be manufactured. |
