PURPOSE:To suppress the generation of the mutual positional shift between chase blocks by fixing one of the chase blocks forming a pair and mounting the other chase block so as to be movable from a predetermined place and aligning the movable chase block with the fixed chase block by the guidance of shift preventing members. CONSTITUTION:A lower chase block 12 is fixed to the predetermined place of a lower mold base 11 by a bolt and shift preventing members 51 are provided to the upper surface opposed to an upper chase block 22 of the chase block 12 at two separated places. Each of shift preventing members 52 is formed into a rectangular parallelepiped shape and has a hole 54 in which the projection 53 of each of the shift preventing members 51 is fitted and inserted formed to the upper surface thereof. Even when the lower mold base 11 and an upper mold base 21 extend in the surface direction thereof by long-term use, the projections 53 of the shift preventing members 51 are fitted in the holes 54 of the shift preventing members 52 at the time of mold clamping and the upper chase block 22 is aligned with the lower chase block 12 by the mutual guidance of the shift preventing members 51, 52 and the generation of the mutual positional shift between the chase blocks 12, 22 forming a pair is suppressed. |
