PURPOSE:To prevent a nozzle from clogging due to a foreign matter generated when a bonded part is peeled off and to stabilize attraction and supply by coating a cover tape stripped part of a tape near an opening for taking out chip-type electronic parts. CONSTITUTION:A part to strip a top tape 4 of a tape near an opening part to take out a chip-type electronic part 2 is coated with a tape keep part 1 all over. A part necessary to attract the part 2 by an attraction nozzle of the coated surface is provided as an opening part, and a shutter 3 is held on a keep part 1 around a position to take out the parts 2 from the opening part by a nozzle. When the parts are attracted by the nozzle, the shutter 3 is slid backward above the keep part 1 to prevent the tape from bouncing and the parts from jumping out. Thereby, it is possible to prevent clogging of a nozzle due to a foreign matter such as fiber, which is generated when a bonded part is peeled off, to prevent a tape from bouncing and a parts from jumping out and to stabilize attraction and supply of an electronic parts. |
