PURPOSE: To produce a releasing system capable of sequentially releasing an active agent when the system is brought to contact to a solvent or a dispersing medium of the active agent by melt spinning a mixture of an active agent with a wall material to form fibrous material, in which the active agent is wholly distributed, and cutting the fibrous material. CONSTITUTION: This releasing system having <=1 mm cross sectional area, comprising a wall material 12 in its surface, having openings for an active agent 13 and capable of slowly releasing the active agent in the cross-sectional surface when the active agent is brought to contact to a solvent or a dispersing medium, is produced by melt spinning the wall material containing 0-55 wt.% of the active agent (preferably one using ibuprofen as the active agent and a poly-1-glutamic acid as the wall material) to form a fibrous material and cutting it. |
