The controller providing constand AC output of 100V to the load regardless of input voltage of 100V or 220V comprises a voltage detector (1) detecting the kind of input voltage and controlling the relay, a voltage selector (2) providing stable AC output, a hysterisis circuit (4) converting the detected voltage to the one with the hysterisis characteristic, a detector (5) detecting the driving stage of the relay and a power supply (6) providing the high driving voltage to the relay at the initial time of the relay and low maintaining voltage at the driving time.
