<p>NEW MATERIAL:A compound expressed by formula I (R is protecting group capable of eliminating with an acid; R' is 8-24C chain alkyl). EXAMPLE:A compound expressed by formula II. USE:A precursor of lipid structural body capable of applying surface modification to lipid bimolecular membrane of liposome, etc. The compound expressed by formula I is capable of readily carrying out surface modification in a simple method and having large general-purpose properties and provide safe lipid structural body to a living thing. PREPARATION:A compound expressed by formula III is reacted with benzyl bromide in N,N-dimethylformamide in the presence of NaHCO3 to afford a compound expressed by formula IV. On the other hand, a compound expressed by formula V is reacted with a compound expressed by the formula KOH in toluene in the presence of KOH and then hydrogenated in ethyl acetate in the presence of Pd-carbon catalyst to provide a compound expressed by formula VI. Then a compound expressed by formula VII is successively reacted with a compound expressed by formula IV and the compound expressed by formula VI each in THF in the presence of N-methylimidazole.</p> |
