NEW MATERIAL:A compound shown by formula I [R<1> is H, lower alkyl, alicyclic alkyl, noradamantan-3-yl, dicyclopropylmethyl or styryl; R<2> is H, lower alkyl or alicyclic alkyl; group shown by formula II is group shown by formula III (R<3> is H, lower alkyl or benzyl; X<1> and X<2> are H, lower alkyl, phenyl, etc.; n is 0 or 1) group shown by formula IV or formula V]. EXAMPLE:1-Methyl-4-n-propyl-1,3,7,8-tetrahydro-5H-imidazo[2,1-i]purin- 5-one. USE:A diuretic, a liver protecting agent, a bronchodilator and an antiallergic agent. PREPARATION:A compound shown by formula VI is reacted with a compound shown by formula VII in a solvent such as DMF at 50-180 deg.C for 5 minutes to 24 hours to give a compound shown by formula VIII. Then, this compound is treated with a halogenating agent such as thionyl chloride or an inorganic acid such as hydrochloric acid optionally in a solvent. |
