PURPOSE:To efficiently generate a waveform which is close to an original waveform by generating intermediate derived information from respective points of the original waveform, intermediate waveform points between those waveform points, two waveform points on both sides of the intermediate waveform points, and waveform points adjoining to the intermediate waveform points. CONSTITUTION:An intermediate arithmetic points which is linear interpolation point shown by a circle mark for the original waveform point shown by a double-circle mark and intermediate derivation data (a) is added to and subtracted from the intermediate arithmetic waveform point to find the original intermediate waveform points shown by solid-circle marks. Thus, the original intermediate waveform points shown by the solid-circle marks are found by adding intermediate derivation data b+ to the original waveform point shown by the double-circle mark or subtracting intermediate derivation data b-. Thus, the waveform points shown by the double-circle marks and the intermediate derivation data which is less in data amount than the waveform points can be generated. Consequently, the waveform which is close to the original waveform can be generated efficiently. |
