The subject of the invention is a up-and-over door, which is monobloc or made up of sheets, without external protuberance, compensated for by at least one gas jack. Each arm is formed by a male slide 14 and a female slide 8; the upper end of the slide is a female slide 8 articulated at a fixed point 10 on a triangle located near the upper part of the frame, the other end is a male slide 14 articulated below the central axis and/or folding axis of the panel or panels. The upper end 17 of each connecting rod 12 is articulated at a fixed point 11 located on the said triangle, attached to the frame in the continuation of the vertical uprights 4, whilst the upper end of each female slide 8 or 9 is articulated on the said triangle, below the point of articulation 11 of the connecting rod 12 and behind the vertical uprights 4 of the fixed frame.
