<p>PURPOSE:To facilitate transfer in a transferring device for long-size square materials by keeping the bottom walls of the long materials horizontal and their normal walls vertical for setting, and rotating the setting part with a work around a horizontal axis by a prescribed amount by a rotating arm to transfer it to the triangular section guide groove of a roller. CONSTITUTION:A long-size section material W is set with a side alpha4 coming into contact with the stand-by surface 401 of a stand-by roller 400. Next, the rotating arm 301 of an oscillation mechanism 300 in a transferring device 105 is rotated in the arrow direction of epsilon so that the horizontal wall part 211 and the vertical wall part 212 of an L-shaped part 210 in a lifting arm 200 may incline by approximately 45 deg. to a horizontal direction. As a result, the sides alpha1, alpha4 of the long-size section material W incline to approximately 45 deg.. When the rotating arm 301 is rotated, the long-size section material W keeps its inclina tion at 45 deg. to be transferred to the triangular section guide groove 11 of a roller 1. It is thus possible to facilitate transfer to the triangular section guide groove.</p> |
