PURPOSE:To connect a filler main body simply by replacing a filler sleeve mold on the mold side, inserting a nozzle piece of the filler main body into the filler sleeve on the mold side installed in a new mold and engaging an engaging pawl of the filler main body with an engaging outer collar section of the filler sleeve on the mold side. CONSTITUTION:At the time of lot switching over in foam molding, a mold 3 should be replaced. First, the engagement of an engaging outer collar section 4 of a filler sleeve 2 on the mold side and an engaging projected section 10 is released, and a nozzle piece 7 is pulled out of the filler sleeve 2 on the mold side. Then, the mold 3 together with the section of filler sleeve 2 on the mold side is removed, and the mold 3 for the following lot is installed on a foam molding machine. Then, the nozzle piece 7 is inserted into the filler sleeve 2 on the mold side of the new cavity mold 3, and the engaging outer collar section 4 of the new filler sleeve 2 on the mold side is engaged and fixed with the engaging projected section 10 of a main body 5. |
