<p>PURPOSE:To obtain the title sheet which shows a strong adhesion before being exposed to an ultraviolet radiation but shows a markedly reduced adhesion after the exposure and of which these properties do not change with time by forming a pressure-sensitive adhesive layer on an ultraviolet ray-transmitting substrate resin sheet with a barrier layer comprising an ultraviolet ray- transmitting resin layer interposed between the two layers. CONSTITUTION:A pressure-sensitive adhesive layer contg. an elastic polymer, an UV-curable acrylic ester, a polymn. initiator, and a tackifier is formed on a substrate resin sheet comprising a polyvinyl chloride or vinyl chloride copolymer contg. a plasticizer and capable of transmitting ultraviolet rays with a barrier layer interposed between the foregoing two layers. The barrier layer comprises a modified polyacrylic resin layer which transmits ultraviolet rays but does not allow the plasticizer and the acrylic ester to migrate.
