A burglar alarm apparatus uses a RF transmitter to transmitting the modulated on/off key signal, and a RF receiver mounted on the vehicle. The RF receiver comprises a RF receiving means (20), a code identification means (30) for comparing the data from the RF receiving means to the stored data and for providing the high-level signal at the code identification, a sensign means (10) for detecting the external impact and vibration, a control means (40) for providing the signal to LEDs and an alarm driver (50), an alarm means (60) and a power supply (70). The apparatus is easy to mount on the vehicle.
