<p>PURPOSE:To perform the write of information on an information card in noncontact fashion by forming an electric field between the plate for data input of an information card device and the plate for write of an information writer, and varying the electric field corresponding to an input information signal. CONSTITUTION:The electric field is formed between the plates 25A, 25B for write of the information writer 21 and the plate 27 and the electrode surface 29B of the information card 22 in the noncontact fashion(interval of several milimeters). A write information signal SIN is amplified to a signal level required for electric coupling at the amplifier circuit 24 of the information writer 21. In accordance with the above operation, the amplitude limitation and current limitation of the input information signal SIN are performed at the clipping circuit 35 and the current limitation circuit 37 of the information card 22. by performing such operation, it is possible to surely perform the write of an input write signal SINW on the information card 22 in the contactless fashion based on a write information signal Sw.</p> |
