PURPOSE:To eliminate the deformation by warpage and to obtain the optical information recording medium of a sticking type having high reliability by previously subjecting a base film to shrinking by a heat treatment. CONSTITUTION:A double coated tacky adhesive film 7 of the optical information recording medium of the sticking type, which is formed by sticking a transparent substrate 1 having a recording layer 3 and another plate to be stuck (a transparent substrate 1 having the recording layer 3 or a veneer or the like which is not provided with the recording layer 3) to each other via the double coated tacky adhesive film 7 with the recording layer 3 positioned on an inner side, is formed of the base film 8 which is previously subjected to the thermal shrinking and tacky adhesive agent layers applied and formed on both surfaces of the base film 8. The generation of the warpage on the optical information recording medium is obviated in this way and the reliability is improved.
