PURPOSE:To enable high-precision temperature control by making out temperature models of a die in plural temperature ranges, selecting one from them according to the surface temperature of the die and controlling the temperature of a treated material. CONSTITUTION:Relations between surface temperatures T1 of the die 1A and temperatures of a treated material 4A are modelized in the range of plural temperatures. A temperature detecting part 6A detects the present surface temperature T1 of the die 1A. A setting part 7Ad determines the model of the die 1A in the surface temperature T1 and supplies it to an observer 7Aa. The observer 7Aa estimates the surface temperature of the die 1A by this model and calculates the difference between the estimate and the surface temperature T1 of the actual die 1A. An observer gain K in the surface temperature T1 is multiplied by the difference calculated, the estimate is converged to the surface temperature and the estimate of the temperature of the treated material 4A estimated from the model is converged into the actual temperature. The estimate converged is outputted to a subtracter 7Ab, the difference from the target value is calculated, a heater 5A is controlled by a controller 7Ac and the treated material 4A is controlled in temperature. |
