PURPOSE:To easily increase the kinds of learning cards and to eliminate the need of replacing a ROM pack and a ROM card and also the need of identification processing for the learning card by incorporating a memory in which a voice data being related to each part of the picture and the character is stored in the learning card. CONSTITUTION:When the part of the picture and the character on the learning card 3 which is placed on a learning card placing part 4 is selectively touched, the voice data is selected and read out from the memory 3b by a control means 12 corresponding to a position data from a touch panel 2, and the voice which is related to the part where the picture and the character are touched is generated by a voice generating means 10. By disposing the memory 3b within the learning card 2 and storing the voice data which is related to each part of the picture and the character drawn on the learning card 2 in the incorporated memory 3b in such a way, the kinds of the learning cards can be easily increased, the need of loading the ROM pack and the ROM card on an external part can be eliminated and also the need of identification processing for the loaded learning card 2 can be eliminated. |
