The device is for dividing crops and raising ears, stalks and foliage for use on harvesting machines. It has a tilting device formed by an articulated quadrilateral which is interposed for holding. This tilting device allows tilting movements about an ideal axis of rotation (D) lying approx at right-angles to the longitudinal direction of the machine.
