PURPOSE:To make it possible to form easily and more uniformly an electromagnetic shielding layer even if the shape is complicated by placing an electrically conductive fabric-shaped fiber consisting of an electrically conductive fiber and voids in a mold for molding and feeding a molding material in a cavity of the mold for molding. CONSTITUTION:An electrically conductive and fluffy cotton-like fabric-shaped fiber consisting of an electrically conductive fiber and voids and having a breaking elongation of at least 50% is prepd. The electrically conductive fabric-shaped fiber 1 is fitted on a press face 2a of a movable mold 2 of a mold for molding so as to correspond to a face shape of the recessed part 6. Then, the movable mold 2 wherein the electrically conductive fiber 1 is fitted is moved to close the movable mold 2 with the fixed mold 3. Then, a molding material 4 adjusted at a specified temp. is injected from an injection nozzle 5 in a mold cavity under a high pressure and after dwelling and cooling, a molded item is taken out. The electrically conductive fabric-shaped fiber exhibits excellent followability to a molded item with an uneven part and well follows the inner wall face of the bottom such as cylindrical shape and rectangular shape when molding is performed and therefore it is possible to press-bond and form freely a thin electrically conductive layer without wrinkle and breakage at a specified part of a molded item with a complicated shape. |
