SOIL-IMPROVING AGENT AND PRODUCTION THEREOF

PURPOSE:To obtain a soil-improving agent homogeneously mixed with a filler by heating and defoaming the small pieces of a foamed thermoplastic resin waste material and subsequently fusing the melted resin to a soil-improving agent into a contracted particle. CONSTITUTION:The objective soil-improving agent is obtained by following process: dividing a foamed thermoplastic resin waste material into a proper size, exposing the divided pieces to a thermally radiating IR ray heater and/or to the thermal rays from the heater, simultaneously continuously carrying the heated divided pieces in a state contacting with a soil-improving agent, semi- melting and defoaming the pieces, cooling and solidifying the treated pieces and subsequently collecting the prepared particles at the head part of the transfer direction.
