The cross-section of the mini-endoscope (11) in smaller than that of the forceps arrangement (15). The arrangement is a two channel catheter (5) having only one endscope channel (18) outside the forceps channel (17). The mini-endoscope can be repeatedly inserted in the latter. A guide wire is assigned to the catheter for sliding into positions. Viewing is through a lens (14) at an end piece (13). Cross-sectio-nal reduction is achieved by use of a mini-endscope and use of the guide wire for amnipulation. ADVANTAGE - Allows biopsy in small body cavities previously inaccessible.
