Medicaments with delayed release of the active ingredient, containing a poorly water-insoluble active ingredient and additives, characterized in that the active ingredient is distributed in or on pellets in a microcrystalline or molecularly dispersed form, and that said pellets are coated with a permeable membrane which delays the release of the active ingredient.
