Distributor pipe for fuel injection system - has local reductions in cross=sectional area to equalise fuel pressure
摘要
The IC engine has a relatively long distributor pipe which supplies all the injection valves with fuel. In order to maintain the same fuel pressure at each inlet valve the cross-section of the supply pipe (3) is reduced locally at a point (4) between adjacent injection valves. This reduction in cross-sectional area may be achieved by a transverse rib (10) or by an external depression which reduces the internal width. The depression may be formed on one or both sides of the distributor pipe. USE - Fuel injection system for IC engine.
