PURPOSE:To extend the machining range by providing a work table freely movably on a base and providing a machining head freely movably in the longitudinal direction, in the direction orthogonal to the longitudinal direction and in the vertical direction of the base above this table to irradiate a work with a laser beam. CONSTITUTION:The work table 9 is provided freely movably in the longitudinal direction of the base on the base and the work W is supported via work supporting members 11 by this. The machining head 33 is provided above the work table 9. This is made freely movable in the longitudinal direction, in the direction to cross orthogonally to the longitudinal direction and in the vertical direction of the base. The work W is irradiated with the laser beam LB from the machining head 33. By this method, a product without a work flaw can be obtained at high speed. |
