PURPOSE:To efficiently execute effective noise control as a whole by selecting the highest noise source in accordance with the operating state of a power generating device out of noises generated from plural noise sources even if the plural noise sources exist and reducing the noise of the selected noise source. CONSTITUTION:The noises of plural noise sources are detected by a crank angle sensor 10, oscillation pickups 12a to 12d and microphones 13a, 13b to be noise generating state detecting means, respective detection signals are individually inputted to adaptive filters prepared in accordance with the number of loud speakers 18a to 18d to be control sound sources as reference signals, filtered by a processor unit 16, added in each control sound source and supplied to respective control sound sources. In parallel with said operation, the driving state of a vehicle or the like is decided, the highest noise is selected based on the decision information and the adaptive filter is controlled based on the detection signal of the noise generating state detecting means corresponding to the selected noise and the detection values of microphones 14a, 14b to be residual noise detecting means so that the noise on the observation position can be minimized. |
