PURPOSE:To improve the vibration characteristic by forming a highly flat smooth polished junction face of piezoelectric ceramic by lapping or other method. CONSTITUTION:The junction face of piezoelectric ceramic 2 is formed by applying silver paste to the surface of the piezoelectric ceramic 2 to make a silver electrode 3 and flattening the surface of the silver electrode 3 by surface polishing with a lapping machine. Bond 4 is applied to the flat polished junction face thinly to a uniform thickness and an elastic body 5 is adhered to make a spacer 1. Thereby the thickness of the thinly applied bond can be evened, therefore, the vibration loss is reduced and the vibration characteristic of a stator is evened and improved. |
