PURPOSE:To obtain the subject paste, containing a binder-forming solution containing a material forming an electrically conductive binder layer and electrically conductive particles and capable of forming conductor patterns with a low resistance between particles even in finely dividing the particles and reducing the cost. CONSTITUTION:The objective paste containing (A) a bonder-forming solution containing a material capable of forming an electrically conductive binder layer 16 and (B) electrically conductive particles 14. Furthermore, the component (B) contains a dopant for regulating resistance of the aforementioned particles and the particles are preferably particles of a metal oxide, especially particles of a metal having antioxidizing properties. The binder layer 16 is a layer obtained from the component (A) by burning the paste and the component (A) preferably contains a dopant for regulating the resistance of the above- mentioned binder layer 16. |
