PURPOSE: To return a control shaft to an absolute neutral position even after a control handle is rotated from a neutral position in any direction, by constituting a device with a fixing stop surface of a stop plate, a spring plate movable surface, and an adjusting screw for adjusting a rotation position of a spring plate. CONSTITUTION: Displacement of a cam ring 29 is changed by a control shaft 33, but this control shaft 33 is rotatably supported in a housing of a pump 11 so as to rotate about a rotation axis 35. A neutral adjusting screw 45 is arranged so as to engage with a fixing stop surface 42. A control handle assembly 57 is rotatably mounted to the control shaft 33 with an adequate means. For controlling a neutral centering mechanism 15 to a neutral position, the neutral adjusting screw 45 is only required to be rotated in any necessary direction, and therefore, a spring plate 49, the control handle assembly 57, and the control shaft 33 rotate to adjust the cam ring 29 to an absolute neutral position. |
