<p>Display device, incorporating its source of supply (2) comprising a moveable element (8) driven in rotation by an electric motor with very low consumption (1), for example, a stepper motor of the type for an electrical pendulum, the motor having a vertical driving axis oriented downwards, and the moveable element being suspended on the motor axis by a flexible woven wire (5), characterised in that a first end of the suspension wire is connected to the motor axis (3) by a retractable sleeve (6) covering the end of the motor axis and the said first end of the wire.
