<p>PURPOSE:To reduce impact noise at opening and closing of a discharge valve by providing a valve plate having a plurality of discharge ports on a fixed scroll and by installing discharge valves independent of each other for opening and closing the plurality of discharge ports on this valve plate. CONSTITUTION:A scroll compressor element 2 is constituted by a fixed scroll 7 and an oscillating scroll 8, and an end plate 11 of the fixed scroll 7 is provided with a discharge hole 19 communicating to a compression space 17. A valve plate 25 is installed on the end plate 11 and provided with a plurality of discharge ports 26, 27, 28 and 29. Discharge valves 31, 32, 33 and 34 for opening and closing the discharge ports are installed on the valve plate 25 independently of each other. Thus, as the valve plate having the plurality of discharge ports is installed on the fixed scroll and the discharge valves for opening and closing the plurality of discharge ports are provided on the valve plate independently of each other, the plate thickness of the discharge valve can be reduced and impact noise caused by opening and closing can be reduced.</p> |
